Suitable for potable water, rainwater, effluent, fertilisers, greywater, and select food-grade liquids. Can be used for chemical storage if specified. Diesel or petrol storage need to be stored in more specialised TPU material available on request.
Yes. The material we use is non-toxic and can be used to store potable water, the bladder is safe for storing drinking water. The quality of the water that is extracted is the same as the day that it went in.
Quick and tool-free. Install on a flat surface with access to pump fittings. No concrete base required.
A smooth, clean and flat surface is ideal. Use a 30mm sand layer on top of the levelled surface (to act as a cushion) and ensure less than 70mm variance end-to-end. Compact around connections.
Ideally if filling using the bottom fill connector, it is good to create a slight fall towards the middle of the pad to ensure complete emptying of the bladder when required.
Yes. Water Bladders can be connected connectors and ball valves/shut off valves to create scalable, modular storage systems. Please contact us for ideas on how to configure multiple bladder storage systems.
Yes. When empty, bladders can be folded compactly for easy storage and transport. Ideal for seasonal and mobile use.
Yes. Made with UV-stabilised, reinforced PVC for use in harsh outdoor conditions.
Yes. With proper care and storage, Damsak® bladders are reusable over multiple seasons or projects.
Acts as a breather and overflow pipe. It must remain open to allow air out and to prevent overfilling.
Use the bottom connector for both filling and extracting to reduce wear and lateral movement. Avoid using the side flange for regular filling if possible.
Yes. Fittings are configured based on your liquid type, flow requirements, and pipe specifications. Lead times apply.
Specify the type and diameter of your feeder pipe (LDPE, HDPE, or PVC) to ensure the correct connector is supplied.
For an 80mm top one-way pipe, max flow rate should not exceed 20,000L/hour.
Material stress is calculated to ensure the filled height comes close to but doesn’t exceed 25% of the material stress.
Corners are reinforced with CNC cut plates bolted together on each corner.
On our premium Bladders PVC straps are positioned 2m apart and wrapped around each bladder creating extra stability.
Bladders outperform rigid tanks with lower cost, no permanent setup, quicker installation, and flexible usage.
Varies by size and fittings. Pricing starts at $273.62 (500L capacity) up to $17,800 (333,000L capacity). Custom sizes and different applications available on request.
